Roles & Responsibilities
I assisted as part of the FOH and ticketing team. I managed and facilitated the audience to their designated seats. I gained knowledge about the process and behind the scenes procedures before a performance is run.

Challenges
• Crowd control: I managed to work as a team with the rest of the volunteers to attend to the audience
• Approaching audience for feedback: It took me a while to start approaching the audience after the show for their feedback, but I slowly got the hang of it.
Pangdemonium

Roles & Responsibilities
I am part of the ushering and FOH team. I managed the crowd and attend to visitor / audience queries. I also had to direct special guests to their location. I had to gather feedback forms after the show.

Challenges
• Crowd control: There were a lot of audience traffic and I had to attend to a lot of queries, as it was my first time volunteering, I had a bit of unfamiliarity. However, I managed to compose myself and be more comfortable in ushering the crowd.
The Artground
Usher / Playleader

Roles & Responsibilities
I was an usher and a playleader. I facilitated visitors, mainly families with children, to the different workshops The Artground had to offer. I facilitated the safety and well-being of children playing at the playground.

Challenges
• Facilitating the playground area: At the playground area, It was a challenge to overlook the safety of all the children as they were running around with a lot of energy, I managed to keep up with their energy and played along, ensuring their safety and the best experience out of the playground.
